Changing Relevance of The Customary Law in The Development of International Humanitarian Law

We are hosting Jacob Coffelt, MA student in the program of Human Rights and Multi-Level Governance at University of Padua, Italy. Mr. Coffelt will present his recent study on the customary law and the international humanitarina law and the interation between these two entities. Our program will be livestreamed online.
